Kobe Bryant has been named to the All-NBA First Team for the sixth consecutive season. Bryant, earning the honors for the ninth time in his career, is currently tied with Tim Duncan for the most First Team selections out of active players in the NBA today.
Bryant was to joined to the first-team by league MVP Derrick Rose, Dwight Howard, Kevin Durant and LeBron James.
Kobe was also named to the NBA’s All-Defensive team and posted season averages of 25.3 points, 4.7 assists and 5.1 rebounds per game. The Lakers finished second in the west with a 57-25 record.
