Despite a nasty ankle injury, Kobe Bryant is absolutely determined to play in game 5.
“I should play,” Bryant said to reporters after Game 4. “It’s going to take a lot to stop me from playing. I’m concerned, as I am about any injury, but I’ve played through so many of them it kind of becomes old hat for me.”
The official report is Kobe has a “sprained left ankle.”
While there has been much speculation on the severity of it, Kobe is reported to be focused on playing in game 5.
According to Phil Jackson at Monday’s Practice, Kobe Bryant will play in Game 5 on Tuesday night despite not undergoing tests on it (X-Ray or MRI).
